Are you a passionate SEN Teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding opportunity within a specialist school environment?

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist school. supporting pupils with additional needs through a personalised and nurturing approach to education.

The Role

• Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons based on individual pupil needs.
• Support pupils with SEN and complex learning needs.
• Create a safe, structured and positive classroom environment.
• Adapt teaching approaches to support different learning styles and abilities.
• Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
• Monitor pupil progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
• Develop positive relationships with pupils and encourage their confidence and independence.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.

The Ideal Candidate

• QTS is essential.
• Previous experience working within SEN settings is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting pupils with autism or complex needs would be advantageous.
• Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Confident differentiating lessons and responding to individual needs.
• Passionate about making a positive difference to children’s lives.
• Committed to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
