KS2 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to join a school in Bethnal Green on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality lessons, monitor pupil progress and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Assess, monitor and record pupil progress.
• Adapt teaching to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to safeguarding procedures.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
• Experience teaching within KS2.
• Good knowledge of the UK primary curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and children’s welfare.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
