KS1 Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join a school in Twickenham on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will deliver engaging lessons, support pupil development and provide a positive and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging KS1 lessons.
• Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress.
• Adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers and colleagues.
• Work effectively with colleagues to support pupil development.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or recognised equivalent.
• Experience teaching within KS1.
• Good understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a school team.
