Education Matters Group is currently recruiting for a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join the friendly team at a wonderful Nursery in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Years professional who enjoys supporting young children and helping them develop in a caring, stimulating nursery environment.

The Role As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education to young children
• Support children’s learning, development and individual needs
• Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment
• Follow EYFS requirements and nursery policies
• Contribute positively to the wider nursery team

About You We are looking for someone who is:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years / Childcare – essential
• Passionate about working with young children
• Caring, patient and nurturing
• Reliable and enthusiastic
• A positive team player
• Committed to supporting children’s development and wellbeing
