Mind The Gap by Michael Dunn

Often we are struck by this particular image when we travel around London. The tube network reminds us to ‘Mind the Gap’. The stand out letters and colour configuration show that there is danger ahead and that some caution should be exercised.

So how does the ‘Mind the Gap’ sign relate to the world of recruitment, particularly education recruitment? How are we able to not only mind the gap but also notice it, judge it and minimise it, and in some ways, make it an easy access path?
